Bloody Mary

2 oz. vodka
4 oz. tomato juice
1 1/2 Tblsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. celery salt
celery stalk for garnish

Combine with ice in a cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Pour over ice in a double old-fashioned glass.

Buzz:  dip rim of glass in lemon juice and then in steak seasoning for a tasty and decorative edge.
